Aperitiv: Mead
Cold appetizers: 3 kinds of dip,
Lard,
home sausages,
roast chestnuts,
nuts and roast almonds,
fresh vegetables
Soup: herbal cream
Main course: roast pork knees and turkey drumsticks,
roast duck with stuffing, rolled meat with herbal stuffing,
roast young pig with beer sauce (on request)
